PAPERWORK & LEGALITIES

                                               
Please note the following paperwork that you will need in order to marry in Cyprus (It is advisable to also take copies in case they are needed).  Your marriage will be conducted in English and will be legally binding.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

  Passports
  Birth Certificate or Adoptive Certificate
  Sworn affidavit signed by a notary public or a solicitor stating that you are  free of any legal bond, preventing you from marriage.
  If either is under the age of 18, a letter of consent from each father   signed by a solicitor.
  Decree Absolute if either have been divorced.
  Death Certificate if either have been widowed
