We can totally manage the letting of your property for you and actively advertise and promote it through our website, or we can work with you and accept bookings from you as owners; and if you wish we will still advertise your property for rental.

In either case we offer you a property management service either to clean only your property between visitors, or as required, or a more comprehensive package tailored to your requirements.

If you are looking for a long term rental, we can arrange to interview and take up necessary references to make sure you have suitable and reliable tenants.  Regular checks will be made to ensure your property is being well looked after and we can arrange to collect any rental installments as they are due.
