This superbly appointed and contemporary apartment is situated within a private, quiet and secluded development in the upper reaches of Chloraka and only a short walk to the main street of the village.

The main living accommodation of the apartment is located on the first floor with a generously sized private roof top garden including hot tub/spa and amazing panoramic sea and mountain views on the floor above.

There are but 4 properties in the block and the apartment is entered through the front door leading into a breathtakingly modern interior which is open plan in the main living areas with separate hallway leading to the private bedrooms and bathrooms. Immediately on entering, you are struck by the modern art and Silver LCD TV with low level furniture and stainless steel fittings. The lounge consists of a large corner sofa for relaxation and leads into an eloquent dining area with glass top table and leather chairs in turn leading on to a 20 metre long veranda with outlook to the mountains and sea. The kitchen is designed in white, black granite and stainless steel with all modern appliances included.

To the rear of the property, there are 3 bedrooms, The Master Bedroom benefits from an En-Suite shower room and 3m x 3m Balcony facing east for warmth and light in the morning. Bedrooms 2 and 3 which are also double rooms share a similar sized balcony facing south and afford sea and mountain scenery.

Leaving the apartment itself and heading upstairs, you arrive at the private Roof Garden with a superb Hot Tub/Spa as its centrepiece and virtually unobstructed views to the sea and mountains. There is a Gas BBQ, Sun Loungers, Table and Chairs, plants and Trellis fencing for privacy in an area which extends to approx 15m x 8m. There is Air Conditioning throughout, a communal pool and private parking outside the block. The apartment’s water is usually very hot due to the solar powered heating system and there is a back up immersion should this be needed. A supply of fresh spring water is supplied to the property.

Location details : Paphos

The village of Chloraka is one of the biggest villages in the area. It is spread over a large area and on both sides of the main road between Paphos and Coral Bay. This small luxury development is situated in the upper part, looking down over the sea where there are many traditional and modern shops, restaurants, bars and amenities including the large Papantoniou supermarket.

A marooned shipwreck provides an interesting landmark in this area and when walking along the beach or looking out at dusk, the sun can sometimes set directly behind the shipwreck creating a very dramatic scene which would not be out of place in a Hollywood movie.

The tourist areas of both Paphos and Coral Bay are about 10 minutes away by car in either direction, the latter having the beautiful Coral Bay Beach, a beach suitable for all the family as well as a diverse range of bars, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes.

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul\'s Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Above Chloraka itself, lies the road to Tala with its atmospheric Village Square which then leads on to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with other small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite\'s Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

Entrance- A modern white door with stainless steel furniture leads into the main living areas.

Lounge-The lounge is of a generous size and features a low level corner sofa which could easily seat 6-7 people, 32\" LCD TV, DVD player and Sky Digibox, 2 armchairs, 2 round tables and S/S light fittings.

Cloakroom- The cloakroom has a WC and wash hand basin which is boxed in by cupboards and vanity shelving with mirror above. There is a window to the side.

Dining Area- Open plan to the lounge, the dining area has a very nice table and chairs with double length patio doors leading out to a 20m long veranda which easily accommodates table and chairs and gives views to the West across the sea and to Coral Bay

Kitchen- Open plan to the dining area but separate from the lounge, the kitchen is modern and well appointed. The units are white with black granite work surfaces and stainless steel fittings. All appliances, crockery and modern conveniences are included.

Hallway- A small hallway with very useful storage cupboard leads to the 3 bedrooms which are privately situated to the rear of the property.

Master Bedroom-The master room has cherrywood laminate flooring with matching furniture to include, fitted wardrobes, king sized bed, bedside units with lamp and dressing table with mirror and stool. There is an En-Suite Shower Room and access to a private 3m x 3m balcony.

En-Suite- The fully tiled en-suite shower room, accessed from the master bedroom, contains a double sized shower cubicle, shower in chrome with temperature control, WC, W/H Basin and extractor fan for ventilation. The shower unit is detachable and can used as a hand shower for washing hair etc. There is further benefit of a heated towel rail in chrome.

Bedroom 2- The second bedroom has patio doors leading out to a 3m x 3m balcony which faces in a Southerly direction and looks over the landscaped gardens, and to the sea. There is a double bed with bedside tables and lamps as well as chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and cherrywood laminate flooring.

Bedroom 3- Bedroom 3 shares the South facing balcony with Bed 2 and further consists of 2 single sized beds, double sized fitted wardrobes, 1 bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and cherrywood laminate flooring.

Bathroom- A spacious and modern, fully tiled main bathroom, has full sized bath with shower over, WC, W/H basin and window to allow light and ventilation. There are fitted vanity units with granite work surface, large mirror and heated towel rail in chrome..

Roof Garden- The property enjoys a particularly large roof garden (15m x 8m) which is nicely appointed with Gas BBQ, Plants, Sun Loungers, Table and Chairs plus a Hot Tub/Spa surrounded by Trellis fencing for privacy. The view is magnificent and all but unobstructed to the sea and mountains making this the ultimate place for relaxing, socialising and sun worshipping.
