| Entrance- A long driveway leads to the front door of the house with a few steps leading down to and off to the right there is access to the large garden area and pool. As you enter, (just past the marble staircase to the upstairs) there is a utility room (on the left) which hosts the washing machine and provides some storage space in addition. To the right there is the cloakroom prior to entering the main living areas.
Utility Room- The utility room is just off the entrance hallway and hosts the washing machine. The room is located under the staircase and also provides some downstairs storage which can be unusual in modern Cypriot Villas.
Cloakroom- The cloakroom has a WC and wash hand basin which is boxed in by cupboards and vanity shelving with mirror above. There is a window to the side.
Lounge- The centrepiece of the living room is a wonderful open stone fireplace which adds to the contemporary feel as well as bringing in the traditional flavour of Cyprus. There is modern black leather furniture with low level coffee table and a TV unit. Matching wrought iron effect light fittings are contrasted by white marble tiled flooring, continuing through to the open plan dining area and kitchen. There is a window to the side of the room with patio doors leading out to the rear garden and pool area. Heavy lined curtains help block light and keep the room cool in the height of summer.
Dining Area- The open plan dining area between lounge and kitchen is dominated by a modern table and chairs which can comfortably seat 6 people. Patio doors lead again out to garden and pool area with a shaded patio also accessed from this area providing a nice option in the height of summer.
Kitchen- The kitchen is clean and modern with white fronted units and black granite work surfaces. The window to the side of the property has a roller blind.
Staircase- Back towards the main entrance door, there is a white marble staircase leading to the upstairs of the villa and to the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. A window allows natural light in this area.
Master Bedroom- The master bedroom consists of a very modern king sized bed with 1 bedside table and lamp. There are fitted wardrobes which provide storage and hanging space. A window to the rear of the property overlooks the garden and pool and there is benefit of an En-Suite Shower Room.
En-Suite- The fully tiled en-suite shower room, accessed from the master bedroom, contains a shower tray with curtain and rail, shower in chrome with temperature control, WC, W/H Basin and window for light and ventilation. The shower unit is detachable and can used as a hand shower for washing hair etc.
Bedroom 2- The second bedroom has patio doors leading out to a 3m x 3m balcony which faces in a SE direction and looks over the garden, the pool and to the sea. A pergola provides some shade if desired and adds character to the area. There is a large Bo Concept king sized bed with matching bedside units. There are fitted wardrobes and the modern feel is finished off by stainless steel light fittings, uplighters and lamps.
Bathroom- The spacious and modern, fully tiled main bathroom, has a full sized bath with shower over, WC, W/H basin and window to allow light and ventilation.
