| Entrance- The townhouse entrance is only a short distance from the car parking area and leads into the main living areas via a small 3m x 1m sun porch facing east for morning sunshine.

Bathroom- The fully tiled bathroom is clean and fresh with white sanitary ware including bath with detachable shower, WC, W/H basin and extractor fan for ventilation.
Outside- The communal areas are beautifully kept with the large communal swimming pool surrounded by mature gardens with colourful flowers and a tall palm trees. There is ample space for sun loungers which are provided in this area and there are communal showers and WC’s for convenience. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
