This ideally located holiday apartment is set in an enviable position, within the heart of the ever popular Universal area of Kato Paphos. It is within just minutes walk of all the bars, restaurants, clubs and cafes in the tourist area and within very easy walking distance of other essential amenities, including the beach and famous harbour. As centrally located as it is, the small private complex maintains its sense of peace and tranquillity due to the enclosed nature of the developments design.

The inside of the development is very private and features a large kidney shaped pool characterised by a wooden bridge, separate children’s pool and communal showers.

The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and is well equipped and designed throughout. Most rooms have Air-Conditioning units and comfortable furnishings for your convenience and relaxation.

This property is situated on the ground floor (allowing easy access for elderly or infirm), with the main entrance leading into a small hallway then in to an open plan, lounge/dining/kitchen with patio doors then leading out on to a small sun terrace and garden.

The lounge has a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and settee and the dining area has a circular table and chairs to seat 3 with the modern kitchen separated by a breakfast bar.

A small hallway leads to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has 2 x single beds and other necessary furnishings plus a very useful fitted wardrobe/dressing unit with mirror. The main bathroom has a bath with shower. The apartment’s water is usually very hot due to the solar powered heating system and there is a back up immersion should this be needed. A supply of fresh spring water is supplied to the property.

Location details : Paphos

The development is situated within a short walk of the main tourist area and Paphos harbour with many restaurants, bars and tavernas being passed along the way.

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

To the West there is Coral Bay and its wonderful sandy beach then going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Heading North by car, is the route to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views.

Entrance- The main door is on the ground level with only a very short walk from the car parking area. This then leads into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen.

Dining Area- Open plan to the lounge and separated from the kitchen by breakfast bar, the dining area has a round table and chairs to seat 3.

Lounge-The lounge features seating for 4, coffee table, portable TV and natural light from the window over the dining area and from the patio doors that lead to the sun terrace and garden.

Sun Terrace and Garden - Accessed from patio doors in the lounge, the sun terrace (3m x 3m) enjoys a peaceful situation, overlooking a small private garden which is enclosed by hedging and decorated with mature planting and flowers.

Kitchen- Open plan to the dining area and lounge, the kitchen is modern and well appointed. The units are in beech with granite effect work surfaces and tiled splashback. Appliances include tall fridge/freezer, oven, elec hob and extractor hood and washing machine. All crockery and other modern conveniences are included.

Master Bedroom-The master bedroom features 2 single sized beds, bedside table with lamp and a very well designed fitted wardrobe with dressing table, drawers, chair and mirror.

Bathroom- The fully tiled main bathroom, has a full sized bath with shower over, WC, W/H basin and window for natural light and ventilation.
