| Entrance- The villa can be entered through front gate then door passing the mature garden along the way. There is also access from the kitchen at the same side with this being closer to the car port.
Lounge- The lounge has a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs with 2 small tables , modern TV/DVD/Video unit, wrought iron effect light fittings, A/C unit, Fan for circulation, windows to all sides and patio doors which lead to the rear garden and pool area.
Dining Room- The open plan dining area is dominated by a large table and chairs which can comfortably seat 8 people. The shower unit is detachable and can used as a hand shower for washing hair etc. A pressure pump is fitted to the water tank, to provide a constant flow of high pressure hot water.

Bedroom 3- The third bedroom again has 2 single beds, full height wardrobes, shared bedside table and patio doors leading to a superb 3m x 1m balcony with pergola enjoying the spectacular views across the Almond Groves and to the sea. A great place to sit in the sun and take in the peace and tranquillity of Cyprus.
Bathroom- The fully tiled main bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over, WC, W/H basin and window to allow light and ventilation.
Outside- The property enjoys mature gardens to all sides with covered car port with space for 2 cars at one side, a pretty front garden area giving access to the house at another and the rear garden which is private and enclosed and hosts the 8x4m pool and surrounding patios for lounging in the sunshine.
