| Regina Gardens is located in an exclusive coastal area over looking the Mediterranean See, 550 meters from the sea just off Tombs of the Kings Road, walking distance to the shops, restuarants, bars and local bus route.
Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.
In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.
To the West there is Coral Bay and its wonderful sandy beach then going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.
Heading North by car, is the route to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many small but charming villages along the way. There is an excellent highway which runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic route. A drive along here past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and is littered with the most beautiful views. |

A connecting door leads into a mirror image apartment making this ideal for people who wish to be close but still enjoy their own space when required
Dining Area- Open plan to the lounge, the dining area has a round table and chairs to seat 4.
Balcony - Accessed from the lounge patio doors, the West facing balcony (3m x 2m) enjoys a peaceful situation, overlooking the swimming pool. The balcony has table and chairs, is covered, (providing welcome shade in the summer months) and can be used at all times of day and evening.
Kitchen- Open plan to the dining area and lounge, the kitchen is modern and well appointed. The units are in white with black granite work surfaces and tiled splashback. Appliances include, Fridge with Freezer compartment , Oven, Elec Hob and Extractor Hood and Washing Machine. All crockery and other modern conveniences are included. A window in this area overlooks the pool.
Hallway- A small hallway leads from the lounge area to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom which are privately situated to the rear of the property.
Bedroom- has 2 single beds, bedside unit with lamp, fitted wardrobes, dressing table with 3 drawers, stool and mirror and a large window allowing natural light.
