This villa is the ideal property for a relaxing holiday in the sunshine with restaurants, bars and a small shop only a gentle stroll away. There is also a taxi service from here.

A little bit further along and there is Coral Bay high street, about 15 minutes walk from the Villa. You will find more restaurants, bars, gift shops and a great fish and chip shop. At the end of the high street there is the main road where the bus travels into Paphos.

There is also a taxi rank if you want to travel further or the local bus route on the main road at the top of the high street. This will take about 20 minutes ride into the heart of Paphos.

Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos by the sea (Lower Paphos). One is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, while the other has expanded over the last decade from a sleepy fishing village and harbour, into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort which is expanding and improving each year.

In Kato Paphos, (in the archaeological park), you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by, is the church of St Paul's Pillar, where St Paul was tied to. Further down this road are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and crystal clear waters.

Lounge - The lounge is characterised by full length patio doors which look out on to the pillared sun terrace which itself is enclosed by the mature hedging surrounding the property. Inside, there is a comfortable 3 seater settee and 2 chairs. Entertainment is provided by TV, DVD player and Video.

Dining Area - Open plan to the lounge and kitchen, the dining area has a table and chairs which can comfortably seat 6 people. A smart breakfast bar separates the kitchen and patio doors allow natural light into the rooms.

Kitchen - The kitchen is modern, with grey granite work surfaces and tiled splashbacks. A breakfast bar adjoins the dining area for choice and convenience.

Sun Terrace - This fabulous paved sun terrace enjoys a peaceful situation overlooking the pool and mature gardens. Sun Loungers, table and chairs have been provided and steps lead down into the privately enclosed pool area.

Cloakroom - The downstairs cloakroom is very convenient and includes WC, W/H Basin.

Staircase - The staircase leads to the upstairs of the villa and the 2 bedrooms, balcony and bathroom.

Master Bedroom - The master room is bright and fresh, and consists of a double bed, bedside tables with lamps. There are windows to both sides of the bed with a view of the pool area.

Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, bedside tables and a window for natural light.

Bathroom - The main bathroom has a full sized bath with detachable shower over, WC, W/H basin.

Outside - The property enjoys mature gardens to all sides, with a driveway allowing to park your car. There are many areas for sitting and soaking up the sunshine or relaxing in the shade. A BBQ has also been provided.
