The property is situated within a private complex and within close proximity to beaches, restaurants, bars and the town centres of both old and new Paphos. The townhouse itself is tastefully decorated and is well equipped and designed throughout. Most rooms have Air-Conditioning, windows fitted with shutters and comfortable furnishings for convenience and relaxation. This 2 storey townhouse has its own private entrance accessed from the front garden and parking area. The entrance door leads directly onto the open and spacious kitchen, shower and toilet room. The main living area where there is a sofa bed, sleeps 2 people, leads to the patio area, beautiful gardens and communal swimming pool. A bright wooden staircase leads upstairs to the 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds and main bathroom which has a full size bath with overhead shower.

Location details : Paphos
The complex is ideally situated for all local tourist attractions which can be reached on foot. There is a diner only a short walk away which is ideal for breakfast and snacks. All the pubs, restaurants and attractions of the aptly named Bar Street can be reached in around 5 minutes. Should you hire a car, there is easy access to the main arterial routes that lead from East to West and opening up the rest of the island for your visit. Paphos itself consists of two towns, each with its very own character. Ktima on the cliff (Upper Paphos) and Kato Paphos (Lower Paphos). Paphos town is virtually unchanged over the centuries and thoroughly Cypriot, whilst Kato Paphos has expanded from a sleepy fishing village and harbour into a vibrant cosmopolitan resort, which is improving each year. In Kato Paphos, you will find the beautiful picturesque harbour and the famous Castle. There are many restaurants where you can dine gazing at the boats and out to sea. In the evenings you can experience the magnificent sunset whilst relaxing with a refreshing drink. There is also the archaeological park where you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods. Close by is the church of St Paul's Pillar. Further down the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombes. To the West there is Coral Bay and its wonderful sandy beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife. Then going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Polis and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean beaches and crystal clear sea. Heading North by car, you can find the route to Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. The route is peppered with many charming villages along the way. An excellent highway runs to all corners of Cyprus but the old coast road is the most scenic. Along here you pass various ancient sites such as Aphrodite's Birthplace and Temple, going towards Limassol, past The Curium, which has one of the most beautiful views.

ENTRANCE - The townhouse leads onto the kitchen and living area's.

KITCHEN - The kitchen is open plan and partially separated from the dining area by a small breakfast bar. It has been fitted with white units and black work surfaces. Appliances include an oven, electric hob, hood, tall fridge/freezer and washing machine. All crockery and cooking utensils are included. A window with shutters and roller blinds allows natural ventilation.

LOUNGE - The lounge has been comfortably decorated with a sofa bed, 2 chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD player, electric fan and large patio doors leading to the sun terrace.

DINING AREA - The dining area is conveniently situated next to the kitchen and is open plan to the lounge. A rectangular table has been provided.

CLOAKROOM - A convenient fully tiled downstairs cloakroom consists of WC, small hand basin and shower, which is situated between the entrance and staircase.

SUN TERRACE - The stone sun terrace overlooks the fabulous communal swimming pool and mature gardens with palm trees giving a wonderful setting for dining, socialising and relaxing in the sun. Table and 6 chairs are provided and the terrace has lights for use in the evening.

STAIRCASE - A wooden staircase leads to the bedrooms and main bathroom.

BEDROOM 1 - At the front of the house with twin beds, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, bedside cabinets and shutter to the window.

BEDROOM 2 - At the back of the house also has twin beds, fitted wardrobes which contains a safe, dressing table, shutters to the window which leads to the balcony area overlooking the swimming pool.

OUTSIDE - The communual area is beautifully kept with a large communual swimming pool surrounded by mature gardens, flowers and palm trees. There is ample space to relax and enjoy the sun.
