This luxury property is in a great location for the beach, which is walking distance, and for accessing the towns of Paphos and Coral Bay, the Akamas Peninsula, in fact, anywhere on the island. The location of this apartment is unique in that it is opposite an area similar to an ‘English meadow’, a rough open field with a variety of plants & trees and grasses. The views and the sounds from the balconies are lovely. Along the hidden stream at the edge of the field, the sound of the rustling bamboo as it moves in the breeze is magical and gives such a feeling of tranquility and peace, it is difficult to want to do anything else. At Coral Bay, the summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may swim & play safely. In the busy summer months, the variety of water sports available include pedaloes, jet skis, water skiing, banana boats and windsurfing as well as boat rides varying from a mid day cruise to a sunset cruise or even, a pirate cruise. The apartment is only 10 kilometers from the centre of Paphos and Kato Paphos. There you will find a lovely harbour area and energetic nightlife scene with varied entertainment and local musicians, good restaurants, tavernas & bars. The beautiful archaeological sites and many fine floor mosaics and buildings from Greek & Roman periods, as well as the Harbour Castle dating back to the Ottoman period are all open to the public.

Entrance Hall: Storage area to the side and beneath the stairs. Ground Floor Bedroom and Bathroom. Stairs leading to upstairs rooms

Sitting Room: This large open plan room has a cream leather three-seater sofa, a matching two-seater sofa and a very large cream leather seat/pouffe. The colour scheme is complimented by the beautiful glass coffee table with stone pedestal and stone television shelf unit housing the satellite and Play Station 2 as well as the widescreen television. There is also air conditioning and a selection of pictures and a built in corner block with a wooden surface displaying a selection of jars & pots. The double sliding doors give access to the large private balcony with an unusual wood balustrade. There are four chairs and a coffee table, which is perfect for taking in the peace and tranquility of the meadow opposite and the views to the sea.

Dining Area: On the other side of the stair well is the dining area which has a large dining table and six chairs, air conditioning and a door leading to another balcony.

Dining Area Balcony: A quiet balcony tucked in to the side of the building, which offers a sense of privacy. The iron and glass dining table has six complimentary chairs and views across to the meadow and the sea.

Kitchen: Modern open plan kitchen with large breakfast bar above work surface overlooking the dining area. A range of wall and base cupboards with double sink & drainer, electric oven & hob with extractor fan over, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is also a security entry phone system.

Master Bedroom with En-Suite Bathroom: All the furniture in the master bedroom is modern and fresh looking, from the large double bed with two matching bedside cabinets, to the dressing table with drawers & mirror, and the matching stool. There is also a full-length mirror, air conditioning, fitted five-door wardrobes with drawers, and cupboards above. The room has views overlooking the ‘meadow’ with double sliding doors leading on to the large balcony, which extends along the front of the apartment.

En-Suite Bathroom: This bathroom has a light and fresh look to it, with its white bathroom suite comprising of a walk-in shower, frosted window, WC and wash hand basin and with a mirror above. The lovely stone tiles & decorative stone tile borders compliment the décor.

Main Bathroom: This bathroom has a modern feel to it with its cream & black abstract tiling, which contrasts well with the white bathroom suite. The bath has a shower at one end with a glass screen, the wash hand basin & vanity unit has a marble top with large mirror over it.

Second Bedroom: The double room has matching twin pine beds with bedside cabinets and lamps, pine dressing table with mirror & matching stool. It also benefits from air conditioning, two double wardrobes with drawers and double cupboards above and a matching corner shelf unit. The sliding patio doors lead on to a small private balcony with views across to the meadow.

Third Bedroom: This third double bedroom is located on the ground floor. It has twin pine beds with matching bedside tables with lamps, a pine dressing table with mirror and stool and a freestanding three-door pine wardrobe . There is also a full length mirror and tall freestanding fan. The windows look out to the front aspect.

Ground Floor Bathroom: This bathroom comprises of a white suite with beautiful cream tiles and decorative borders. There is a walk-in shower, WC, extractor fan and vanity sink with double cupboards and mirror.

Outside: Access to the property is gained either through the side gate leading to the front door, or through the double wrought iron gates that lead to the covered carport area beneath the house. The walled front gardens are well stocked & maintained with a range of plants including lemon trees, palms & roses. There is an outside tap and irrigation system. The communal pool and Club House are located along road that leads behind the house.
