Location details : Paphos
The location of this property overlooks a wooded gorge with uninterrupted views of the sea, in the lovely Cypriot village of Kissonerga near Coral Bay. Approximately 15 kilometres away is the town of Paphos with its many ‘High Street’ shops, boutiques, bars, tavernas & restaurants, banks and a well known covered market. Nearby Kato Paphos is famous for its medieval castle dating back to the 13th Century at the harbour entrance, the floor mosaics of the Houses of Aion, Dionysos and Theseus and the Paphos Odeon, the Roman theatre dating from the 2nd Century. Paphos is an ideal holiday destination as it offers something for everyone. From breath taking pine-clad mountains, traditional villages and golden sandy beaches, to lively party nights at the European style bars, discos and nightclubs. The wide variety of locally made silver, handmade lace, leather goods, and beautiful hand painted ceramics are all at affordable prices. Coral Bay with its beautiful golden sandy beaches, the Akamas Peninsula and the Troodos Mountains are all reachable within a short space of time, when you want to go shopping or you want to go exploring.

Room details

The property is accessed through the iron gates to the off-road parking area which benefits from outside water tap. Steps lead up to the ‘Sun Room’ with sliding doors, fly screens & windows overlooking the gorge towards Lempa and the sea, air conditioning and sliding doors leading in to the sitting room.

Sitting Room: This is an open plan room with 2 two-seater sofas and two chairs and a coffee table. There are also two overhead fans with central lights and marble stairs leading to the upstairs rooms.

Dining Area: The dining table and four chairs have a ‘balcony view’ over the kitchen.

Kitchen & Utility Area: Down three steps from the dining area is the large wood kitchen with a range of wall and base units on three sides. The electric cooker has a cooker hood over and a work surface running the length of one side. The fridge/freezer and the washing machine are in the adjoining utility room. The window also looks into the utility room and out to the courtyard garden area.

Downstairs Bathroom: The grey bathroom suite comprises of a walk-in shower with frosted window, WC and wash hand basin with mirror over.

Double Bedroom: The room leads off from the half landing. This bedroom has air conditioning, two double wardrobes with double cupboards, single bed with reading lamps and bedside table, ceiling fan with central lights and window to rear aspect with fly screen.

Master Bedroom: The stairs continue from the half landing to the master bedroom & bathroom. The large double bedroom has a range of fitted cupboards & drawers with a work surface running along one wall. There are also two double fitted wardrobes with double cupboards, air conditioning, double bed with bedside cabinets & lamps and a sliding door with fly screen leading on to the private balcony. The location and the views from this property is what makes this older style house, unique, they are fabulous.

Second Bathroom: This very tall bathroom with frosted wall/ceiling windows comprises of a grey bathroom suite, consisting of a double shower, WC, wash hand basin and a cupboard with drawers.

Outside: To the rear is a small courtyard garden.
