The terrace to the back of the house & garden area, is mainly tiled with borders containing a variety of shrubs & trees and the whole aspect overlooks the banana groves with views to the hills. To the side of the classic ‘Mediterranean’ swimming pool (which has steps leading in to the water), is the majestic tiled gazebo, which provides a cool shaded area to the large outside dining table with surround seating, perfect for eating outside. Nearby is the purpose built bar-b-que area and outside sink as well as the shower areas.

The Entrance Hall has the stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms, access to the downstairs en-suite bedroom to one side and the sitting room, dining area and kitchen to the other side.

Downstairs En-Suite Bedroom: This lovely light room has fitted wardrobes & cupboards, twin wrought iron beds with beautiful covers & linen and an occasional table with lamp. The white en-suite bathroom benefits not only from a wash hand basin, W.C. and shower, but also from the thoughtful provision of handrails and shelving & facilities most useful for people with disabilities and wheelchair requirements.

Sitting Room: The room is luxurious with two leather two-seater sofas, a beautiful rug and coffee table, two occasional tables & lamps, a stereo cabinet housing the DVD player & satellite (free to air), and television.

Dining Area: The more ‘formal’ dining area has the perfect touches for entertaining. A dining table that can seat at least six guests and occasional cabinets that complement the atmosphere of taste and luxury.

Kitchen: The well-equipped fitted kitchen provides everything you need, including the kitchen table and four chairs.

The two upstairs en-suite bedrooms are accessed from the marble staircase leading from the entrance hall.

Second Bedroom: Again, another beautiful room with fitted wardrobes & cupboards, twin wrought iron beds with occasional table and lamps and large glass sliding doors giving access to the balcony that extends to half the house and views to the sea and the hills. The en-suite bathroom provides, wash hand basin, W.C. and a bath with shower over.

Bedroom Three: A beautiful en-suite double bedroom with dressing table, chair & mirror, an occasional table & lamp and a magnificent ‘four-poster’ wrought iron bed with muslin drapes at each corner. This room also benefits from the large glass sliding doors giving access to the very large balcony along the side of the house. Again, the views are magnificent, from the hills to the sea, to the banana groves.
