Location details : Paphos
This large and secluded villa is near the famous Akamas Fish Tavern and opposite the road that leads to the Paphos Bird & Animal Park between Coral Bay and Sea Caves. Only three kilometers from the lovely Coral Bay sandy beach (the best natural 'European Blue Flag' beach in the area), international restaurants, tavernas, banks, supermarkets, shops & bars with a variety of nightlife. This is a perfect relaxation area of Coral Bay close to the border of the mountains and beautiful Akamas Peninsular National Park, where turtles lay their eggs at Lara Bay. Latchi, famous for its crystal clear water, seafront & harbour restaurants is a delightful place to pass the time of day or night. At Coral Bay the summer heat is often tempered by a gentle breeze and the sea has a shallow margin where children may swim & play safely. In the busy summer months, the variety of water sports available include pedaloes, jet skis, water skiing, banana boats and windsurfing as well as boat rides, varying from a mid day cruise to a sunset cruise or even a pirate cruise! Situated 14 kilometres from the town of Paphos and nearby tourist harbour area of Kato Paphos, you will find mosaics and buildings from Greek & Roman periods, as well as the Harbour Castle dating back to the Ottoman period. Kato Paphos enjoys an energetic nightlife scene with varied entertainment and excellent restaurants, tavernas & bars.

Driveway : Banana tress alongside the private driveway leads to the covered car port area next to the side of the villa. With borders containing flowers & roses, trees, shrubs & honeysuckle in profusion around the entrance to the villa. To the front of the property is the very large vegetable garden containing watermelon, cucumber & tomato plantS to name but a few.

Entrance Porch: There is a 'Key Safe' box next to the front door which allows for spare keys to be kept safely. The cool entrance porch leads to a sitting room:

Sitting Room: This lovely area leads into the garden overlooking the various fruit trees in the orchard, the cacti garden & swimming pool area. The furniture consists of a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. There is also a stereo cabinet with a TV, DVD and Satellite. This leads on to the staircase and down two steps to the second sitting room:

Second Sitting Room: This air conditioned room has sliding doors which lead on to the covered patio area and also overlooks the gardens and pool area. There is a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater sofa, an armchair, coffee table and two baby highchairs. Along the corridor is the main staircase and the fourth en-suite bedroom. Leading from the second sitting room is: The Main Kitchen: A large fully equipped kitchen with a range of wall and base units and double sink. There is an electric cooker with a four ring gas hob, microwave, large fridge freezer and all the crockery & cutlery needed for a family. There is also a portable radio/CD player and fire extinguisher. The large sliding doors lead from the kitchen to the garden and pool area. From the main kitchen is a smaller second kitchen:

Second Kitchen: This kitchen also has a range of wall and base units, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, four-ring gas hob and fire extinguisher. The back door leads on to the garden.

Fourth En-Suite Bedroom: Fitted triple wardrobes & cupboards line the wall opposite the bathroom which is fitted with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc. The bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed with windows overlooking the side of the garden and the cacti flower bed.

Main Staircase & landing: Half way up the marble staircase are two very large circular windows which light up the stairs and the landing area with natural light. The large landing area also has a sink unit with draining board & cupboards underneath (and a fire extinguisher is also to hand). Leading off from the landing area are three double en-suite bedrooms:

Second Bedroom: Large sunny room with air conditioning, twin beds, bedside cabinet, two double wardrobes & cupboards with the en-suite benefitting from a shower cubicle, wash hand basin & wc. There are windows to the front aspect overlooking the hills and the vegetable garden and sliding doors leading on to a large balcony overlooking the front & side aspects with views to the hills and the rear aspect with views to the sea.

Master Bedroom: On entering the bedroom is a large mirrored door which leads to the en-suite bathroom containing a corner bath with shower over, wash hand basin & wc. There are also a number of fitted cupboards. The master bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed and fitted wardrobes with sliding doors leading to a very large balcony which goes around two sides of the house overlooking the banana grove & vegetable garden to the side and front, and to the back of the house, the orchard and views to the sea. This balcony also leads to the third bedroom:

En-suite Bedroom 3: This lovely twin room has views to the front aspect and sliding doors leading to the large balcony. The room benefits from air conditioning, fitted cupboards and wardrobes with windows to the front & rear aspects with views to the sea. The en-suite bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and wc.

Patio Area: This large area is covered and has an outside dining table and six chairs (although space for at least 30), and overlooks the garden and the pool area.

Gardens & Pool Area: There are a number of 'gardens' within gardens and the property benefits from a feeling of seclusion and privacy with a number of flowering & climbing plants. The orchard has over thirty fruit trees including: fig, peach, lemon, madarin & orange to name but a few. There is also outside lighting amongst the plants and around the pool area. The kidney shaped pool has five different lighting ranges and steps which lead into the water. There are a number of sun loungers and shades as well as two stone corner seats with which to relax on. There is also a large BBQ area (with steps leading down to the pump room).

The international golf course of Secret Valley is situated just outside Paphos town centre along the coast road. There is also another golf course situated in Tsada.
