Avra Property Management & Holidays Ltd is an established professional property management company that has been in business over the last 10 years and is based in the Paphos district.

The main core of our business is looking after and maintaining rental villas and apartments on behalf of their owners.  The properties are also cleaned in time for guests or their owners' arrivals and generally making sure that the guest has everything there that they require upon their arrival.  We also provide a variety of welcome packs which are placed in the property in time for guests' arrivals.

We provide a range of other services, including providing cots and highchairs for guests that have young babies and babysitters (if required).
